Please read the following document containing the terms and conditions that you, the customer, agree to, before using ClickDesignBase.com.  If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not place an order with ClickDesignBase.com.

Prices

Due to the volume of products on our website, there is a possibility that an item might be mistakenly priced inaccurately.  Should a pricing error be brought to our attention we will be sure to notify you of the discrepancy prior to fulfilling your order so that you may choose if you’d like to proceed based on the accurate price or cancel your order.

All content included on ClickDesignBase.com including design products, copy and other content is protected by copyright, trademark, patent or other proprietary rights. All content is copyrighted under the U.S. and international copyright laws, and ClickDesignBaes.com owns, to the fullest extent allowed by such laws, the copyright of all content on this website.

Designs may not be reproduced, or manipulated in any manner without the express, written consent of the site owner.  You may only copy or print parts of this site for the sole purpose of creating an order with us. Any other use of any portion of this site is strictly prohibited without written consent from ClickDesignBase.com.

Orders & Refunds

You agree to the purchase of an order and for the total amounts stated in your shopping cart totals, when you confirm your order at checkout. You agree to pay all payments owed to ClickDesignBase.com on time.  To edit or cancel an order please email us support@CickDesignBase.comand we will try to accommodate you, if the order has not yet been processed.   Processing typically begins within 30 minutes from receipt of your order.   Once we begin working on your order customization we cannot issue any refunds or credits.

Fulfillment

You can expect to receive your customized files within 1-2 business days from receipt of your order.

Personal Account Information

You are responsible for keeping your password secure, and for any unauthorized use of your account caused by the loss of your password, until you notify ClickDesignBase.com about the problem. You agree to notify ClickDesignBase.com as soon as you acknowledge the loss or theft of your password. From that point on, we will not allow any use of your account until the matter is resolved.

You agree not to provide fraudulent information about your name, address, telephone number, email address, and billing address. You may update this information at any time.

Agreement Effectiveness

This agreement will be affective until it is changed or terminated. Any changes to this agreement will be appended to this document. We have the right to terminate this agreement and your account if we deem necessary. If that happens, you will be notified via email. If you do not agree to this agreement you may terminate your account with us, by emailing us at support@clickdesignbase.com.
